Coming this Spring to a new location in Hot Springs!

I believe that food carefully, thoughtfully, and lovingly prepared will not only be tasteful, but also bring magic into the body of the person who receives it. I practice food alchemy – taking common fresh ingredients and transforming them into comfort and adventure. Such food alchemy can take you to a foreign land, or to your hometown, sometimes to your childhood table if that was comfort to you. Such food can also be other-worldly and somewhat indescribable, like the joy of traveling through the stars.
